Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Ramu Rangas Tailor (trading as "Ramu Ranga's Tailors"), Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh. Because every garment is custom-made to the customer's measurements, the following rules apply.

1. Cancellation

• You can cancel an order before the fabric has been cut. Please inform us at the shop, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• Once the fabric has been cut or stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

• If an order is cancelled before cutting, any advance paid will be refunded or adjusted against a future order, as you prefer.
• Advance payments are not refundable once cutting or stitching has started.
• Refunds are made in cash at the shop or by UPI to the original payment account.

3. Fitting issues and alterations

If a garment stitched by us does not fit as per the measurements recorded in our order, please tell us when you collect it. We will make the necessary alterations free of charge.

4. Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds or free alterations for changes in body measurements after the order was placed, design changes requested after stitching, or issues caused by customer-provided fabric.
