These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ramu Rangas Tailor (trading as "Ramu Ranga's Tailors"), Shop No. 2 and 3, M P L Complex, Waterworks Street Main Road, 23 MC Division Village, Rajamahendravaram Urban Mandal, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh 533103, India. By placing an order with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide custom tailoring services including stitching of suits, blazers, shirts, pants, traditional wear, and alterations. All garments are made to the measurements taken at our shop or provided by the customer.

2. Orders and measurements

• An order is confirmed when measurements are taken and an order slip/bill is issued.
• Please check your measurements and design details before confirming the order.
• If measurements are provided by the customer, we are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements.

3. Fabric

When the customer provides the fabric, we take due care while stitching, but we are not responsible for shrinkage, colour fading or defects that are already present in the fabric.

4. Pricing and payment

Stitching charges are informed at the time of order. An advance payment may be required to confirm the order, and the balance is to be paid at the time of delivery. We accept cash and UPI payments.

5. Delivery

We give an expected delivery date at the time of order and try our best to deliver on time. Delivery dates may change during festival or wedding seasons; we will inform you through phone or WhatsApp if there is any delay. Please bring your order slip when collecting garments.

6. Uncollected garments

Please collect your garments within a reasonable time after the delivery date. We are not responsible for garments left uncollected for a long period.

7. Communication

By sharing your mobile number, you agree to receive order updates and service messages from us by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or informing us at the shop.

8. Website content

All content on this website, including the name, logo and text, belongs to Ramu Rangas Tailor and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh.
